Summary: The pool was the highlight for our group of 12. During the day, we used it to cool off, and at night, we heated it up to use as a massive 18-foot hot tub that comfortably fit a majority of our group. The fire pit added to the ambiance while we cooked dinner on the grill, making the evenings even more special. The house itself is huge and incredibly spacious, with two living rooms for everyone to hang out in. The first living room is conveniently located next to the kitchen on the 1st floor, while the second living room is on the 3rd floor, complete with a pool table. Just outside on the rooftop, you have a super private views of the downtown Nashville skyline, especially at night. We also loved the gym—it was fully equipped with everything you could need, making it perfect for morning workouts. The attention to detail in this house is outstanding, and it truly feels like a luxury getaway. The location is unbeatable. The house is within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants like Egghill and Barcelona Wine Bar, and cafes like Osa and The Well. You can also easily walk to The Gulch, which is full of fun restaurants, bars, and shops. From The Gulch, you’re only a few minutes away from the lively Downtown Broadway area. This house was a 10/10. Joe was also a 10/10. Quick to respond and always available to help out with anything. I would highly recommend.
